Each participant of any trip undertaken with MOTO-TOUR.PL is insured in a double way. The first insurance regards the civil liability of MOTO-TOUR.PL as an official tour operator in Poland. The second, is an insurance covering treatment costs tied to sudden illness or accident. MOTO-TOUR.PL covers the cost of both insurances by itself within the price of a trip. In accordance to statutory requirements in Poland, MOTO-TOUR.PL is covered by civil liability insurance policy, issued by Allianz Insurance Company. Policy no. 272-10-685-00000261.
All participant of tours conducted by MOTO-TOUR.PL are covered by comprehensive insurance of foreigners staying within the Republic of Poland „SAFE STAY”, regarding treatment costs tied to a sudden illness or accident. Individual policies are being issued by PZU Co. (the biggest insurance company in Poland, controlling share in possession of the Polish government’s Treasury). The sum insured in case of consequences of accidents equals 10.000 EUR per person. The sum insured in case of permanent damage to health equals also 10.000 EUR per person.
