STEP BY STEP SCENARIO
- Participant chooses a trip at www.moto-tour.pl.
- Participant registers at the site, using an internet order form. The range of data that we expect is a result of necessity of booking accommodations, catering and to issue an insurance policy.
- Participant can register more than 1 person, with the use of an internet order form. Participant has the possibility to attach a passenger to the rider.
- Participant decides what sort of his/her personal data should be available to other participants of the trip. Data which is generally seen by all visitors of www.moto-tour.pl are: first name, place and country of inhabitance.
- Participant can pay the full price of the trip booking his/her place in the group for good. Participant can pay the advance and book a place in the group until 30 days before the trip starts.
- If participant, who has paid an advance, does not make the total balance 30 days before the trip starts, he/she vacates the place in the group. If there are still places available for that particular trip, participant can pay the total balance and take part in the trip he/she originally booked. If participant does not make use of the advance, MOTO-TOUR.PL charges it to cover booking costs.
- Before the tour starts, participant receives the service agreement, confirmation of payment and tour guide which consists of an exact description of the route, places of interest, accommodation facilities and GPS coordinates.
- If MOTO-TOUR.PL cancels the tour or when the minimal number of participants is not reached (6 persons), MOTO-TOUR.PL will refund all payments made by participant so far, without any deductions. In such cases, an advance or full balance can be transferred onto another trip, no matter the time of its execution.
- Participant uses his/her own motorcycle. Motorcycle has to be in good technical condition and covered by insurance policy.
- Participant meets the group leader in a place, very close to the German –Polish border. The meeting place is exactly pinpointed in a tour guide.
- Participant executes the trip according to the plan, given in a tour guide.
- Within 14 days from the moment of finishing the trip, participant receives a survey via e-mail, in order to examine participant’s level of satisfaction of recently executed trip.
- Within 14 days from the moment of finishing the trip, participant acquires the possibility to express his/her opinion about our services in the “CLIENTS’ OPINIONS” section. Simultaneously each participant acquires the possibility to upload 3 photographs from the recently executed trip.
